club-out consists of three specially constructed golf club holders that fit in the bag - perhaps for two wedges and an 8 iron.

The clubs then sit within these holders and when the golfer withdraws their clubs, concealed coloured flags automatically appear to warn you that the clubs are out.

So, when they return to their bag, trolley or buggy, the raised flags highlight the number of clubs that need replacing. If a flag is up and they are not holding a club – their club is where they left it!
