Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Switch.

We accept payment by cheque, please enter your order as normal and select payment type of cheque. Please print your order confirmation and send it to us with your cheque, we will then process your order.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All prices are stated inclusive of VAT.

Your shipping cost will calculated based on the weight of the items we are sending to you.

Returns Policy If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to Support@clubout.co.uk before we have despatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been despatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with below.

You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid excluding any postage or an exchange credit as required.

The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause above will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used and in the case of the product, club-out, is not in original packaging in the case of software, audio or visual products, where the packaging has been unsealed to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you.
